 HelpGini Global Consulting (An ISO 9001-2015 Certified Firm) is a Noida Based Tier-1 HR Analytics & Talent Sourcing firm Partnered with many leading Brands based at metros like Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai etc to source talents within IT & Non-IT sector. 

 We offer to associate several Intrapreneurs as our Freelance Recruiters on handsome commission basis to work from Home as per below JD: 

 

OFFER 

  • The Freelance Recruiters can work from Home along with a Full Time Job. 
  • 100% Work from Home for Domestic IT & Non-IT Hirings within India. 
  • No Fixed Pay. The Position is Part-Time & Purely on an Incentive ranging from 2-3% of Annual Fixed CTC of selected candidate, payable after 2 months of successful placement. 
  • Official Email ID will be allotted to all Recruiters. 
  • Access to our Recruiting platform with Job Posting, Recruitment Marketing, Career Site & Candidate Database shall be provided.  

ELIGIBILITY 

  • Must be a Graduate. Preferably MBA/MCA/B.tech/BBA/BCA 
  • Good command over English (Verbal & Written) 
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having at least one year’s experience in HR/Talent/Sourcing. 
  • The recruiters must have experience of Linked-In, Naukri, Found it, Shine and Social Media sites. 

ANNUAL FEE 

  • Annual Fee of Rs 25,000+GST to acquire Serious, Dedicated & Talented candidates only. All recruiters shall be provided with an Official Email ID along with user ID and Password for Job Posting, Database Access, Candidate’s Communication.    

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • All Recruiters are responsible to ONLY source the Pre-scanned & Eligible candidates matched with the Job Descriptions. 
  • The Recruiter is responsible for being in contact with the selected candidate for up to 2 months to take feedback & motivate them to stay for a long time. Also share feedback with us. 

PAYMENTS 

  • Payment will be given to the selected candidate who continues the job after 2 months.  
  • Payment Period: 2-3 months after placing the candidate. If a candidate resigns within 2 months, then the Recruiter needs to provide replacement for the same position. 

 

TERMINATION  

  • Any violation of business confidentiality, direct approach to client, leaking client data, candidate data, passwords etc.   
  • All Recruiter who remains In-active for continuously for 12 months shall be terminated with his full & final payment settlement.
